Why might a person love producing illusions like special fx, stunts, set construction, magic tricks?
I am looking for a new career that will allow me to "follow my bliss" and I find all of my interests clearly polarized toward creating illusions to amaze people.
These are things I really gravitate to and have or still participate in at an active hobby level; Special Make-Up FX, Visual FX, Creature FX, Sculpting creatures, computer graphics and illustration, 3D modeling & animation, digital compositing, magic tricks, Stunt man.
With all of that said, I still have spent my adult life as an IT professional, not my bliss.
I'm hoping I might come to an understanding as to what all those interests say about me that might help me classify myself as something other than simply a creative.
