There are a couple of encyclopedias only with Skyrim material. If you read the articles concerning the different schools of magic, you can also find list of spells and where to find them. The most common way of attaining spells, is getting your skill level high enough, and talk with the mages in Winterhold.

Go to the collage of Winterhold its the mages guild become to archmage at the end of the quests and use the library and your room there for the books

Search into google skyrim:skyrim. Click on the top link. The website is the unofficial guide to all the elder scroll games. It will tell you EVERYTHING. It has every quest, every town, every weapon, every armour ect. It even has a list of every named person in the whole of the game!
