   i agree with Rs M, you can buy runes in varrock, and if you equip a staff( I like air staff's the most, as air runes are in most spells) you can chose the attack spell, this means youre player will keep using that spell until your runes run out.For high levels near the wilderness if you go over the ditch you can kill the black knights, and for low levels you can kill goblins in lumbirdge.    4 suggestions:
   1. get your woodcutting level up to 60 and cut full inventorys of yews (its worth 11k) then buy some runes and go to the top of wizard tower where there is a lesser demon and attack it (monster with higher hp is better the more damage you do, the more exp you get. (this takes a while at the beginning but its worth it)

   2.mine full inventory of rune essence focus on that for 30mins you get like 200rune essence and then runecraft them into runes. (this one is hard cause it takes a while to mine and you have to level your runecrafting to get better runes and you have to locate the rune altar)

   3. fish your way up to level 40 then sell lobbies to buy runes (this is similar to the woodcutting but due to 20 levels lower, you get less money)

   4. beg a rich friend to give you a lot of money/ runes or transfer your own money/runes to your account

   delta just to let you know its the more you damage the more exp you get so the lesser demon thats locked in PwNs all!!!!!!!

   ummwell start of casting the nooby first spell u ge then work ur lvls up then when ur lvl 25 do varrock tele till 4 5then do camelot tlele till 55 then aclhemy till 99 easyiest way

   I think you should use a spell where you can kill monsters, and recieve loot that is worth more than the runes you used to kill it

   for example I went from 59-80 mage making a profit killing Blue Dragons in Taverly using Fire Blast and then progressive Waves.
