Umm yes... seriously i can. I can't animate as well as this guy but if i wasn't such a lazy asshole and finished some of these things i have done, i could prove it to you. I do the voice acting and although i don't think of myself as an amazing voice actor, i can atleast read a line with a decent voice. I'm amazed some people can't.
