   You can continuously cast high alch on feathers and that will grow your magic level to 70 but it will cost tupwards of 2 mill. No matter what spell you use you will spend that much.

   use magic spells. most people use alchemy to level it up.

   if you are a member you can use high alchemy for the cheapest way. You just have to look up which items give you the most profit. If you are not a member you can play fist of guthix for another cheap way and only use magic when hunting. The fastest way would probably to use one of the other methods to level up your magic level to 62. Then go to bandit or zombie monkeys and smoke burst them until level 70. However this way is a lot more costly and require you to have completed desert treasure

   Uh, you get magic experience by casting spells, brainiac. Any spell will give you experience. Also there are a couple minigames that reward with magic or a choice of experience as well as multiple quests.

   well since i see no decent awnser here the best thing to alch, is maple longbow (U) since it isint that much money per alch, so try that. if you dont want to spend alot of money
